Forman joins following a brief stint at TBWAChiatDay New York, where she consulted as the North American strategy lead on Nissan. Prior to that, she served as executive director of brand strategy at Swedish creative agency Forsman & Bodenfors in New York, a role she left earlier this year. Previously, she’s worked at agencies including Ogilvy and Deutsch.
At David&Goliath, Forman will lead the agency’s strategy across its client base. She will be responsible for the elevation and growth of its strategy department, ensuring the usage of best-in-class tools, techniques and talent. She will also be tasked with creating product and service offerings that add value to the agency’s creative work.
She will report to David Angelo, founder and chairman of David&Goliath, which was acquired by Innocean Worldwide in 2017. Forman officially steps into the role on Sept. 3.
