Subway is taking the meat out of the meatball.
The sandwich chain is teaming up with Beyond Meat to bring their guests the Beyond Meatball. Now guests can add the famous meatball sub to the growing list of meatless options on the menu.
According to a press release sent to Fox News, the Beyond Meatball uses plant-based proteins and will be available at 685 Subway locations across the United States and Canada starting in September. The Beyond Meatball will be exclusive to Subway.
